Windmill Update:
Rottingdean Heritage are pleased to announce Phase 1 of the major maintenance works are now complete. These included:
Exterior cleaning, painting, and weatherproofing.
The interior thoroughly cleaned and the metalwork and electrics upgraded
Phase 2 will commence next summer (weather permitting) and will involve work on the stocks and sails.
The windmill reopens to the public on Sunday 29th June – 2pm ‘til 4.30pm – and every Sunday throughout the summer.
